Reservation Policies

Minimum Stay - Two night minimum full season.
Deposit - Two night deposit at the time the reservation is made for two to four night stay. Longer stays require a deposit of half the stay.
Method of Payment - Visa, Mastercard, Personal Checks, Travelers Checks and Cash are honored.
Check-In - 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please call if you will be arriving later.
Cancellation Policy - Cancellations affect us significantly, because of our small size. Although we understand emergencies happen, last minute cancellations often do not give us time to re-rent your rooms. If you call to cancel at least 21 days prior to your first night's stay, we will refund your deposit, less a $50 fee. After that we charge the full amount of the stay, and any refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent the room. We do not refund for partial cancellation, non-arrival or early departure.
Children - Over 16 are welcome.
Pets - We do not have facilities for pets.
Smoking - For the comfort and health of our guests, we offer a completely smoke-free environment.
